We are a manufacturer and exporter of glassware, mainly including tempered glass tableware, toughened glass plates, toughened glass lampshades, toughened glass covers and lids for apparatus, instruments and other related products.
Our co***ny has specialized in researching and developing toughened glass tableware for 6 years and also acquired series of achievements as below:
1) Our co***ny is the first one which can produce ultra-thin toughened glass plates in China. The thickness of the glass can be 2.7mm. The quality of our products is up to national standard. Product quality is excellent in the markets.
2) Our boss has researched and developed fully automatic and continuously toughened glass plate production lines. Daily output is 3500 pieces and is the same with that of 5 single steel furnace lines, saving 50% operators and making energy consumption decline 15%. It has improved our competition in the market. Nowadays, it is the first-rate equipment.
Our co***ny has 3 single steel furnace production lines, 3 large automatic and continuous steel furnaces as well as more than 30 sets of ancillary equipment, with yearly output of 2,000,000 pieces. Our co***ny is influential in producing toughened glass plates in Shandong.
